Swan Hill District Health is seeking a motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our progressive and supportive Pharmacy team.


You will work alongside experienced pharmacists and pharmacy support staff, delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services across inpatient, outpatient and dispensary settings.

You will play an important role in medication safety, antimicrobial stewardship and improving patient outcomes, while contributing to innovative models of care and regional healthcare partnerships.


Hospital pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential, with training, support and professional development opportunities provided.

About You

• Full AHPRA registration - not suitable for interns
• Strong clinical skills and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• A passion for patient care and working collaboratively.
